Correct me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t “actionable” mean “likely to get you sued”?

UPDATE: Wow, things are worse than I thought. A quick Web search turns up companies called Actionable Technology, Actionable Research, Actionable Data Solutions, and Actionable Intelligence Technologies. Don’t these people know how to operate a dictionary? Before you use a word as the name of your company, you really should make sure you know what it means.
